Meeting topics:

  • Managing swarming & how to catch and keep a swarm - John Teahan
  • How to approach a cut-out - Paul Brockman-Drake
  • Beeswax & soap making workshop outcomes, current season tasks and Q&A

The hive inspection will be at 4pm (weather permitting). It will be the first one for this season, should be interesting! This is a great learning and Q&A opportunity to participate in a hive inspection with a professional beekeeper (free of charge). 

There is a $5 entry fee

Refreshments provided - please bring your own cup
