Perth Meeting | Creamed Honey | Beekeeping in Canada

  • 07 May 2026
  • 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  • South Perth Community Hall, Cnr South Tce and Sandgate Street, South Perth

THE ART OF CREAMED HONEY
Helen Humphreys | WAAS Member | Carlaminda

Have you ever wondered how creamed honey is made? Join us as Helen breaks down the what, why, and - most importantly - the how, of making creamed honey. Whether you are curious about commercial creamers or want to learn simple methods you can try at home, this session covers it all.

To finish, we’ll hold a blind tasting featuring the various methods discussed. See if you can spot the difference and find your favourite texture!

Helen will also bring some fun experimental infusions and flavours to taste - Chocolate, Vanilla, Chai, and Chilli - to inspire your next harvest!
