CREAMED HONEY
Smooth, sweet and simply irresistible!

Join us for a deliciously informative session all about creamed honey! This presentation will cover the what, why, and - most importantly - the how, of making creamed honey. We'll explore several popular methods for creating that perfect smooth texture, from the Dyce process to methods you can try at home.

To finish on a sweet note, we’ll hold a blind tasting featuring different creamed honeys - can you guess which method made which? Come ready to learn, taste, and be inspired by the magic of creamed honey.

$5 Entry   |   BYO Cup for tea/coffee
