(Advanced Beekeeping)

8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Cost is $98 per head

The target audience of this course is beekeepers
who have been beekeeping for 2 or more years.

The aim is to assist to prepare you for the challenges you will face in the early years of beekeeping.  It is assumed that you will have attended a beginner
beekeeper course with WAAS or another organisation.

The subjects covered in the course include:
Poor Performing
Queens Dealing with Angry Bees
Splitting Hives & Creating Nucs

And will include a Practical Session in the Apiary Morning tea & Light Lunch will be provided


Boots and clean or new bee suits for the practical part of the course

Please bring your own Coffee Mug and water bottle


using your Visa / MasterCard or by EFT before the Course.
