Best Practice Guidelines for Urban Beekeeping

Tonight we are going to introduce you to these new guidelines, developed by WAAS to help beekeepers and Councils understand good beekeeping practices. Speakers will discuss the background to the document - why it is needed - and talk to the various sections, including training and occupational safety and health.

Dr Colin Broun will talk on the critical information you need to know about bee sting allergy and anaphylasxis

A small number of epipens will be available for sale for $85 (cash only)

James Sheehan will discuss the bioseciurity aspects of the Guidelines
